Balsamic Vinaigrette

This tangy-sweet vinaigrette is perfect for a simple salad. Mix together Arugula, Romaine, watercress, and a bit of mint for the perfect spring salad. Or use it for a marinade. It’s perfect for chicken or flank steak.

Balsamic Smoked Chicken

Easy, flavorful Chicken
Smoke it, bake it, grill it – All work great
Servings: 10 A meal and leftovers
Cost: $20

Ingredients

  • 2 Family Packs Chicken Legs You can use Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Booty's Kitchen Brine
  • Booty's Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Brine Chicken for 2 to 24 hours
  • Pour off brine and pat chicken dry
  • Toss Chicken in Booty's Balsamic Vinaigrette- Let chicken sit in marinade for 2 to 24 hours. Or just throw it directly into your smoker. It will taste great either way!
  • Smoke Chicken at 250 for 11/2 hours or till internal temp is 160
    (Place chicken directly onto smoker grill)
  • Pull chicken at 160
    Throw it on a hot grill and smother with Booty's Balsamic Vinaigrette
    Grill long enough to get some caramelization (5-10 minutes)
  • Pull from grill and let chicken rest covered for 10-20 minutes
    Enjoy-Booty
