- Booty's Balsamic Vinaigrette
Brine Chicken for 2 to 24 hours
Pour off brine and pat chicken dry
Toss Chicken in Booty's Balsamic Vinaigrette- Let chicken sit in marinade for 2 to 24 hours. Or just throw it directly into your smoker. It will taste great either way!
Smoke Chicken at 250 for 11/2 hours or till internal temp is 160(Place chicken directly onto smoker grill) Pull chicken at 160Throw it on a hot grill and smother with Booty's Balsamic VinaigretteGrill long enough to get some caramelization (5-10 minutes) Pull from grill and let chicken rest covered for 10-20 minutesEnjoy-Booty
